The Department of Law & Industry has determined the Maximum Compensation Payable for a work injury occurring on and after January 1, 2013 will be $917.00 per week. For purposes of calculating the update to payments for medical treatment rendered on and after January 1, 2013, the percentage of increase in the Statewide Average Weekly wage is 3.3%.
